In this electronic artists book, I explore Audubons attempt to capture ‘life likeness’ through verisimilitude. I juxtapose Audubons paintings with video images to reveal contemporary assumptions about which media are ‘closest’ to reality. I programmed the images to respond to viewers through a touch pad.
